An evolving organization

The clinic is entering an expansive phase where we will broaden our mission to meet the needs of other patient groups. At the end of 2026, we will move to new, modern premises in the Globen area, which provides additional new opportunities to shape the organization for the future. We currently have about 30 employees consisting of doctors, nurses, case managers, social workers, psychologists, and occupational therapists.

Your work as a senior physician/specialist physician

Your tasks as a senior physician/specialist physician consist of the usual work as a specialist physician in a psychiatric outpatient clinic. The clinic is a treatment clinic and most assessments are carried out at a psychiatric assessment clinic. As a physician, you will meet patients who come for initial visits, have medication follow-ups through physical visits, video meetings, or phone, and handle prescription requests.

We would like you to enjoy working in a team and want to contribute your knowledge across professional boundaries.

Every week you will participate in treatment conferences together with all employees at the clinic where we discuss appropriate interventions for our patients. Physician meetings occur weekly where physicians discuss complex cases or raise various situations that may be good to share or consult with other colleagues. We see this as a learning opportunity with the possibility to also contribute your knowledge and experience to your colleagues.

Supervision of staff and students is included in the position. We regularly have resident physicians who work for a shorter period with us and need supervision from an experienced physician on site.

Our expectations of you

We are looking for you who are a specialist physician in psychiatry with experience and interest in working with people with general psychiatric disorders, including neuropsychiatric disabilities.

Employment form

The position is a permanent employment, full-time. A probationary period may occur. Start date according to agreement.
